Great news: TravelDocs picked up my passport with visa for Bangladesh from the Bangladesh embassy in DC on Friday just before close of day. It will arrive FedEx to my office on Monday, in time for the flight out of JFK Tuesday evening---all this Irene willing.
I'll work on getting a second passport so I can travel with one and send the other off for a visa for the next trip in plenty time. That way we can save our prayers for more significant issues.
