Hot Summer Developments

Sometimes you plant a little seed and a big plant grows. Here are 4 publications that have sprouted: Haitian Trauma Healing (in English and Creole, by David C. Cook), Kenyan Swahili Trauma Healing, and Translating the Bible into Action in Portuguese. Pray that God that these would bear a lot of fruit.
SIL has created a role for a new colleague, Patricia Bradley, to do external advocacy at the international level for trauma healing. Mon-Wed I'll be in D.C. with Patricia and our staff there to orient her to her new role. We'll also visit World Vision and World Relief. Sowing seeds that may grow to alleviate the pain of those who are suffering trauma.
