I arrived home Tuesday evening after 5 weeks overseas. Wednesday morning bright and early the moving van pulled up to our house (actually, it's the Harris's house now). By Thursday afternoon the house was empty. After a lifetime of moving, this is our first experience with professional movers, and it borders on the miraculous. They were like a steam-roller packing all in their path almost faster than we could grab our toothbrushes for the drive north.
We're now in transit, hoping to arrive in Exton by Monday evening.
While I love my job (whatever it is at the time), I love transitions even more: so exciting.
We close on our new house on Thursday. Please pray all the many documents are in order. Ralph worked on all this non-stop while I was away.
While in Bangladesh and at Lausanne III in Capetown, I didn't have adequate internet access to post to this blog, but I will tell all in due course. Much to report.
